When will the tournament information be mailed? Tournament information will be sent via email in early May.

What if I am 50 years old and my partner and I want to play in the Cannon Division? You are welcome to play in the Cannon Division as long as your team meets the handicap criteria. The Saber Division contestants play from a shorter set of tees. Check out the entry for the criteria for this Division.

What is your cancellation policy? Your entry will be refunded if you cancel prior to May 1, 2019. Any time after that, you will be refunded only if we are able to fill your spot in the tournament. No refunds after May 15, 2019.

What if I want to pay an all-inclusive price for the event? Contact info@thedevlin.org and we’ll be happy to help you.

What is the attire for evening events? Golf casual – collared shirt and khaki pants are fine.

Does Secession have a dress code? Yes. No hats allowed inside the clubhouse and jeans are not allowed on the premises.

Can I bring a guest to the event? Guests are welcome to join you for our event. There will be a charge for guests to receive tournament meals. The 2019 amount will be determined at a time closer to the event. If you are bringing children, contact us at info@thedevlin.org for pricing.

Is there alcohol allowed on the course? Yes. Beer and other beverages can be put on your account at the halfway house. No off-site beverages can be brought to the golf club. The Tournament Committee will provide water on the course.

Can I bring my own caddie? No. Secession only allows club caddies.

Since Secession only accepts credit cards in the pro shop, can I cash a check on-site? No. However, Secession will provide a shuttle for you to one of the many local banks. There is also an ATM in the clubhouse.

What is The Devlin Foundation? Can I make a donation? The Devlin Foundation is a 501c(3) charitable organization that supports the First Tee of Low Country as well as the AJGA ACE Grant Program. This grant provides financial aid for golfers to play in AJGA Events that could otherwise not afford it. Please make your check out to The Devlin Foundation and we will follow up with a tax receipt for you.
